We offer a variety of programs and services to support with career readiness, including internships, volunteering, job opporunities, mentoring, support groups, and educational workshops.
Age 14 Middle school
"The Explorer Plus" will guide youth through different careers so they can understand what's possible and the concept of a career.

Age 15-18 High school
"The Experience Internships" will be the next step after meeting. The youth will pick 3 types of internships to try throughout the school year. During summer vacation youth can do up to 3 internships as well. Internships will continue until the youth graduates high school.
Age 18+ - age may vary
"The better agency" helps speed up the process for young adults to get ready for the world and employment going through the first two programs. During higher education H4L will help guide young adults towards their major interest based on their "The Explorer Plus" & "The Experience Internships."
